The Conference Master-Pass is our premier all access event (VIP) pass to Evolve CG 2011 | Conference and Job Fair. This all inclusive access pass is designed exclusively for both graduates, and pending graduates, who want a truly hands-on approach of how professionals work. The Conference Master-Pass will give a few select individuals the opportunity to sit down in a classroom, and learn from the best artists in their field. Pass holders will receive access to their own graphics workstation, along with scene files provided from the instructor, of the actual assets being demonstrated. Each of our handpicked professionals will walk students through the process of working at a professional level. And since these classes are a two-day event in themselves, lunch will be provided by us. The Online Pass can also be purchased at a discounted rate to those attending the conference. This is perfect for the attendee that wants more than just their own notes to review in the following weeks after evolve.

REGISTRATION POLICY:
When you purchased your ticket you were automatically registered online (one ticket will cover both days of the event); all you need the day of the conference it is to present a valid government issued ID to match the Attendees name, and a copy of your transaction email receipt to the admission booth.
If you have purchased more than 2 tickets please make sure all of the members of your party are present at the moment of admission.

*Refund policy:
All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the deadline(s) listed within this policy to info@evolve3d.net.
Full refund of the cost of the tickets (minus a transaction fee of $15.00) will be granted for those requested 30 days prior to the conference (by April 1st 2011).
Refunds requested less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the conference (by April 16th 2011) – will receive a 50% refund.
Request for refunds received after this deadline will not be considered.
