When you purchased your ticket you were automatically registered online (one ticket will cover the 2 days of the event); all you need the day of the conference it is to present a valid government issued ID to match the visitor’s name, and a copy of your transaction email receipt to the admission booth. If you have purchased more than 2 tickets please make sure all of the members of your party are present at the moment of admission. All student ticket holders must present a valid student ID upon checking in at the registration desk. If a valid student ID is not provided, the attendee will be required to pay the difference between the STUDENT fair, and that of the REGULAR fair price, before being admitted.

The Critique Corner: is a custom per review service provided on a first come-first served basis and there is a separate fee for it in addition to the general admission ticket. The artist will be able to submit samples from their body of work (i.e. demo-reels, resumes, portfolios, etc.) to be reviewed by supervisors from various production studios; via actual one-on-one sessions. During this time, students will be offered key insights into what their various strengths and weaknesses, while simultaneously being equipping with the tools necessary and direction to ultimately choose the right career path for them. As such, and because of the limited time frame we ask participants only show their best work and limit their reels to two minutes. All video should be submitted in a QuickTime video format, on PC compatible DVD/S, CD/s, or Hard drives. The time frame of the critique is about 25 minutes.
*Refund policy: All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the deadline(s) listed within this policy to info@evolve3d.net. Full refund of the cost of the tickets (minus a transaction fee of $5.00) will be granted for those requested 30 days prior to the conference (by April 15th 2010). Refunds requested less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the conference (by April 29th 2010)- will receive a 50% refund. Request for refunds received after this deadline will not be considered.
